Ademir has more than 45 years of professional experience in the preparation, evaluation, construction and management of mining projects specialized in extractive metallurgy, including metalliferous minerals, lithium brines and mineral salts.
Chemical Engineer with extensive experience as a researcher, geometallurgical modeler and metallurgical testing work. Has held positions as Design Engineer, Discipline Leader, Studies and Project Manager, Director of Mining and Metals, and Global Head of Processes and Technology.
In mining companies, Ademir has held positions of General Manager, Project Director, General Director and member of the Board.
He has participated in studies and projects for Rio Tinto, BHPB, Codelco, Antofagasta Minerals, SQM, Anglo American, Albemarle, among others, across Latin America, the USA, Australia and Africa.
