Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and contractors.
- Drive safety and reliability KPIs on site.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering or technical degree, 6+ years in mining maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS (SAP PM a plus).
- Leadership of unionized teams on roster.
