We are looking for a Senior Mining Engineer to lead mine planning, design and technical support for large-scale open-pit copper operations in the Antofagasta region.
Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term mine plans and pit designs.
- Optimize drill & blast, load & haul and equipment productivity.
- Coordinate with geology, processing and infrastructure teams.
- Support feasibility studies and capital project reviews.
Requirements
- Mining Engineering degree with 8+ years in open-pit operations.
- Proficiency with Deswik, Vulcan or MineSight.
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX estimation.
- Advanced English; willingness to work on site (roster).
