Senior Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading people management in highly complex mining and metallurgical projects and operations across Chile, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Canada, and Australia.
His career includes roles at companies such as Placer Dome, Barrick, Sedgman, SMEC, and Vecchiola S.A., leading Human Resources teams end-to-end in demanding environments.
In consulting, he has led high-performance team development and behavioural change management projects in organisations such as BHP Escondida, Minera Lomas Bayas, Minera Zaldívar, Minera Lagunas Norte, among others.
Organisational Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
